Retina Institute of Illinois enters a partnership with EyeSouth Partners

EyeSouth Partners has announced a partnership with Retina Institute of Illinois, joining over 40 other eye care groups, more than 330 doctors providing medical and surgical care, and more than 220 locations that are affiliated with the management services organization.¹ Affiliated eye care service organizations and practices are located throughout Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina, and New York, according to a news release.

The Retina Institute of Illinois is led by 9 physicians who have been providing comprehensive eye care in Illinois for almost 25 years.¹ The institute comprises of 9 office locations and provide care for age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears and detachments, vascular occlusions, macular hole, and macular pucker and uveitis. The offices are outfitted with diagnostic technology allowing for retinal photography and angiograms, optical coherence tomography, ultrasound, laser photocoagulation, and photodynamic therapy and intravitreal injections.²
